• What payment options are available?

 

We currently accept Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Mastero, Shopify Pay, Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. All transactions are taken in euros (€).  Please note if your credit card is in any other currency, the rate of exchange will be that of your card issuer and you may be charged an international fee by them.

 

• Will the item be exactly the same color as shown on the website?

 

We color correct all our garment images to reflect the actual garment color. However the color you see is highly dependent on your monitor and monitor settings so fluctuations may occur.

 

• How do I choose the correct size?

 

Use our sizing charts to get the measurements. Size charts are shown on each product page.

 

• How do I use an offer code online?

 

Please enter your offer code in the shopping bag to apply any discount codes you are entitled to.

 

• Can I use offer codes on sale items?

 

No, offer codes can only be used on full price items.

 

• Will I receive an order confirmation?

 

Yes, you will receive an email or text message (depending on your choice) with the confirmation of your order.

 

• How do I track my order?

 

A tracking number will be included in the order confirmation. Visit the DHL website to track your order.

• What is Cashmere?

 

Cashmere wool, usually simply known as cashmere, is a fiber obtained from hycrus goats that are habituated in the most mountainous regions.

 

• How is Cashmere sourced.

 

Mongolian goats experience a harsh weather in the winter and as spring comes, the underlying protective layer developed during the winter begins to naturally shed. The nomadic herders with generations of expertise hand comb the extra layer if fine fiber.
